Customer service is one of the most important functions in business today. According to Forbes, companies with great customer service outsell their competitors by up to 20%.

Modern customers expect quick replies and 24/7 access to information. They also often want things done now. This makes good customer service increasingly difficult as companies grow larger and communication channels increase in number


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries
  • Escalate unresolved issues to more senior team members as necessary
  • Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Resolve technical issues with assistance from engineering team members
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify potential opportunities for improvement or new features
  • Assist in the management of our CRM system by updating customer records as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a customer support representative or similar role
  • Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service through phone or chat channels - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent teamwork skills

You will be required to:

  • Use technology tools such as email, chat support, web tools
