The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing plans for a product. This includes understanding the target customer, defining marketing objectives, implementing marketing programs, and measuring effectiveness. This position requires a keen understanding of the product and the customer, as well as excellent analytical skills to be able to assess marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop marketing strategy and campaigns
  2. Lead the development of collateral materials such as brochures, print ads, trade show displays, trade show booths, direct mail pieces, email campaigns, etc.
  3. Be an expert on current trends in the industry
  4. Create pricing strategies that generate revenue and profitability goals
  5. Manage budgets and expenditures for a product line
  6. Continuously improve marketing efforts by gathering customer feedback and analyzing results
  7. Stay up to date with changes in technology that may affect how we market our products
  8. Act as a leader within the company
  9. Assist with hiring other members
